Miller-Carr Human Services (MCHS) is a 501c3 organization dedicated to working with children and families in their community. The goal is to empower individuals to become self-sufficient and an asset to their community. We will provide services to support their mental, behavioral, social, emotional, health, and academic needs. We are interested in servicing the whole person to insure a highly positive quality of life.
