Who Do We Help? Individuals who participate in our therapeutic services are diagnosed with or show signs of: Anxiety Disorders Depression Anger Management Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Oppositional Defiant Disorder Conduct Disorder Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder BiPolar Disorder
What To Expect: During our sessions, clients learn skills to control their emotions by using a set of four practical skills: how to be more effective in interpersonal relationships; how to tolerate and accept distressing situations more easily; how to regulate emotions; and how to use mindfulness-based skills to accomplish any of the preceding tasks. These sessions also help to resolve emotional and behavioral difficulties that are associated with single, multiple, and complex trauma experiences.
